Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in box and submitting your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Tale of the Whale at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving the email newsletter.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive occasional alerts when a significant institutional flow signal is detected, generally no more than a few messages per week.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Tale of the Whale is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS alerts. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-enter your number on the Site.

Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
